GMSR is proud to sponsor and be invited to speak at the International Municipal Lawyers Association’s (IMLA) Mid-Year Seminar in Washington, D.C. from April 20-23, 2018.  The IMLA is one of the foremost organizations serving the needs of attorneys representing governmental entities across a broad spectrum of practice.  GMSR Managing partner Timothy Coates will present Open Issues in Section 1983 Litigation during his session.  Building on GMSR’s involvement with IMLA, Tim will serve as IMLA’s Litigation Chair, focusing on Section 1983 litigation.  As one of the nation’s leading civil appellate law firms, GMSR frequently represents and advises public entities in appellate proceedings in state and federal court.
