Laurie Hepler will present Appeal Rights And Your Arbitration Case at the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF), together with Arbitration Section Chair John Worden.  The date is September 11, 2017, from 12 to 1:15 pm.

Laurie will cover both sides’ rights to appellate review from the initial petition to compel arbitration through post-confirmation judgment, as well as the limits on that review, standards the appellate courts will apply, and some recognized grounds for writ relief from orders relating to arbitration.
