#26-111 In re Marriage of Bowman, S296637. (B331924; 119 Cal.App.5th 922; San Luis Obispo County Superior Court; FL108245.) Petition for review after the Court of Appeal affirmed an order awarding attorney fees in a civil action. This case presents the following issue:  In awarding contractual attorney fees to the prevailing party in a marital dissolution action, may the court reduce the award in light of the losing party’s financial status? (See Civ. Code, § 1717; Fam. Code, §§ 2030, 2032.)
