Sargon Enterprises, Inc. v. University of Southern California (Feb. 25, 2005, No. B156587) 2005 WL 435413 [nonpublished opinion]

The Court of Appeal reversed the trial court’s exclusion of lost profits evidence from trial, allowing GMSR’s client to seek millions of dollars on retrial. The Court also reinstated the client’s fraud cause of action and reversed an award of contractual attorney’s fees with directions to enter a new award in favor of client.
