Sargon Enterprises, Inc. v. University of Southern Cal., 2005 Cal.App. Unpub. LEXIS 1667

The Court of Appeal reversed the trial court’s exclusion of lost profits evidence from trial, allowing GMSR’s client to seek millions of dollars on retrial. The Court also reinstated the client’s fraud cause of action and reversed an award of contractual attorney’s fees with directions to enter a new award in favor of client.
