GMSR successfully defended a judgment in favor of its client, a municipal entity, in a challenge to a voter-approved special property tax.  The plaintiff sought to invalidate the tax, claiming it was applied unequally.

The Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s judgment, holding that the statute was applied uniformly to all taxpayers as intended and rejecting the challenge in full.
