DeBlasis v. Cohen & Lord (May 21, 2008, B198229) 2008 WL 2121732

The Court of Appeal reversed the trial court’s order that denied a motion to compel arbitration.  The trial court had ruled that the arbitration agreement was unenforceable because it didn’t cover all claims and was unconscionable.  The appellate court disagreed, finding that the agreement’s language did cover all of the respondents’ claims.
