Arredondo v. Regents of University of Cal. (2005) 131 Cal.App.4th 614

The Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s ruling in favor of GMSR client Regents that three-year statute of limitations for a minor’s medical malpractice action under Code of Civil Procedure section 340.5 runs from the date of manifestation of injury.
