Spencer Schmider

Biography

Spencer Schmider specializes in appellate litigation, crafting incisive and effective arguments to maximize his clients’ success. Having previously practiced at a leading trial litigation boutique, he has broad-based experience with all phases of the litigation lifecycle, enabling him to seamlessly integrate big-picture strategy with detail-oriented advocacy.

Spencer is a graduate of Stanford Law School and previously clerked for the Honorable Ronald M. Gould of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

In his free time, Spencer enjoys weightlifting and boxing, musical theater, all styles of barbecue, and a good book.
