Katarina received her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she earned the highest grade in her Legal Research and Writing section and graduated in the top 10% of her class.  During law school, she participated in the First Amendment Amicus Clinic, where she co-wrote, researched, and submitted amicus briefs to the Ninth Circuit, Fifth Circuit, and Washington State Court of Appeals.  Katarina also helped to defend COVID-19 regulations as a Legal Fellow for the California Attorney General’s Office, conducted complex legislative research on behalf of UCLA faculty members, and provided direct legal services to low-income individuals as part of UCLA’s Name and Gender Change clinic.

In her free time, Katarina enjoys spending time with her cat, binge-watching competition reality TV, and attempting to learn new hobbies.
