GMSR achieved a significant appellate victory for its client in a case involving an alleged breach of a settlement agreement.  The trial court had ruled against the client, finding no breach or damages, but the Court of Appeal reversed, holding that the evidence clearly established both a breach and resulting damages.  The matter was remanded with directions, vindicating the client’s claims.
