He has handled a broad range of appeals—including cases involving contract and business disputes; employment matters; suits against public entities; 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims; and premises liability. He also regularly teams up with trial counsel on strategizing and preparing key trial court motions and postjudgment filings.

Before joining GMSR, Marco worked at a large, international law firm where he successfully litigated cases in both trial and appellate courts. Over the years, Marco has given back to those in need as well: He has dedicated hundreds of hours of his time to pro bono cases and amicus briefs in state and federal appellate courts—including the U.S. Supreme Court.
