GMSR obtained an appellate victory for its clients in a personal injury case arising from a vehicular collision.  The jury had found that the defendants’ conduct was not a substantial factor in causing the plaintiff’s alleged injuries.

On appeal, the Court of Appeal affirmed the judgment, rejecting claims of evidentiary error and alleged misconduct, preserving the clients’ full defense victory.
