GMSR achieved an appellate victory for its client, County of Los Angeles, in a case arising from a delayed burial of an indigent veteran.

The Court of Appeal affirmed the trial court’s summary judgment, finding that the appellants failed to present evidence supporting their claims and, as a result, had forfeited their appeal.  The judgment in favor of the County stands in full.
