GMSR successfully defended a summary judgment victory in a case alleging that a roadway intersection was a dangerous condition of public property.  The Court of Appeal agreed that the public entity had established the design immunity affirmative defense, rejecting the plaintiff’s arguments and affirming the judgment in full.
