The Court of Appeal reversed a $2 million wrongful death judgment against GMSR's client based on plaintiff parents’ lack of contact with adult decedent child, and further holding the plaintiffs were not entitled to attorney’s fees under a private attorney general theory because the plaintiffs had substantial financial stake in outcome of lawsuit.
