GMSR: Practice Area

Representing public entities has been always been one of GMSR’s core practice areas. As a result, we have extensive experience in handling appeals that follow administrative decisions, as well as in disposing of suits brought by plaintiffs who failed to follow the available administrative procedures. We have also been on the other side of the table, successfully representing private entities challenging administrative decisions in the Court of Appeal.
