On June 21, GMSR partners Cindy Tobisman and Alana Rotter presented an MCLE seminar on how trial lawyers can maximize their chance of success on appeal. Topics included the importance of making a clear record, how to avoid waiving challenges to jury instructions and special verdict forms, and identifying appealable orders.
