Kent Bullard and Alana Rotter have become partners in the firm
GMSR is pleased to announce that Kent Bullard and Alana Rotter have become partners in the firm. Kent joined GMSR in 2006, after working as a trial and appellate litigator at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and having served as an appellate lawyer in the California Attorney General’s Office. Alana came to GMSR in 2007, after working in the appellate and litigation departments of Irell & Manella, and serving as a judicial clerk to the honorable Kermit Lipez on the First Circuit. Since joining GMSR, Kent and Alana have worked on major appeals in the California Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
